Give & Take
In each new relationship we form, wether that be friendship or otherwise, we start out with high hopes. As the relationship grows, we each learn a balance of give and take. That is what relationships are all about in all aspects of life. If everyone could realize this instead of only taking, the world would be a much, much better place. Happy Thanksgiving to all and to all a good life.
Audi A3 Clean Diesel Photo Shoot @ My Work
I arrived to work yesterday to find an Audi photo shoot taking place. I love Audi’s, always have but this was a new Clean Diesel Audi A3. I talked with the photographer and got some info: the pictures will be on the Audi USA website early next month, 5 year free maintenance, gets 30/42 mpg and 600 miles on one tank of gas all while emitting little to no emissions. Sounds good to me. I am sold.

The 13th of Friday
I find it an eerie feeling when on Friday the 13th right before pitch blackness descends on the land, is the time when the power decides to go out in the entire city! Then over the course of the next hour decides to flicker on and off several times for only a few seconds each time. To top it off I also had NO cell phone reception the entire time. What was up with that? I thought it was the end of the world or terrorist attack. I don’t like the feeling of being helpless and not knowing what the hell is going on. Thankfully the power came back on an hour later and has stayed on all night. A part of me doesn’t want to go to bed and turn off the lights but I guess I will. Goodnight all as I once again descend on a night full of darkness.
Enjoy Life
I know, more Sidekick issues but it just keeps getting more and more ridonkulous. So, I had to recently and manually recover all my pictures taken with my Sidekick since 2005 from the T-Mobile website after they lost all of them over a month ago now. The only way they could accomplish this task was to email them one at a time to my email address. As you can imagine I shortly thereafter received about 100 emails. As I began to sift through them eager to see my memories in picture form, I was a bit taken aback when about a handful of the pics were NOT mine. Random shots of people I have never seen before in my life. However, the one that stood out to me like a sore thumb was the one I am posting below. Take it as you will. I have no comment because this is just classic T-Mobile at this point. Enjoy life!

Out of Sight, Out of Mind
Today was going nicely, no work, just a day to myself. Then around 2pm I had just gotten off my cell phone (the dreaded Sidekick) when everything freezes and I see a big RED X and then quickly the phones shuts off by itself. When the phone turns back on, all info lost again – no contacts, emails, texts, settings etc. This has happened one too many times and today this was the straw that broke…well, you know…and I sort of lost my mind. I took the phone and hurled it across my office and it landed in a few separate pieces. I waited about 10 minutes, then gathered the remains and locked them away in a drawer. I never want to see it again. If you have read any of my other blog postings on the subject, you know my frustration. I really could lose it any day now. Just a warning to anyone who looks at me the wrong way, or says the wrong thing to me this day forth.
